“my tennants phoned me told me there upvc front door would not open from the inside or outside / i went round but could not fix it myself and phoned Ian -lockrite , who came at the exact time arranged and fixed the door.”

“Bob was brilliant from start to finish. He arrived quickly and although it wasn’t a straightforward fix, he kept us informed of his progress on resolving the issue, when he came back out he was on time, polite, professional and efficient . Thank you! Would absolutely recommend”
