“Old lock on the door was replaced as the front door key snapped. New improved lock was put on along with 5 replacement keys. Job was completed reasonably quickly and efficiently.”

“Andreas is competent locksmith with a first class customer service. I highly recommend as he honestly identified the issue with my door and quoted a fair charge. He displayed honesty and decent old fashioned values that Britain lacks these days from work men.”

“Richard came to our rescue after our rim locked door made metallic crunching noises and refsued to operate (thankfully in the open condition). The response from LockRite was impeccable and within an hour and a half from a first phone call the lock was repaired with new parts and working perfectly. We cannot praise the service from Richard enough. The lock action is now smooth and quiet, no crunchy metallic sounds. LockRite are to be congratulated on excellent service an competent efficient engineers. Many thaks”

“I would recommend this company to anyone he changed 3 locks within an hour he cleaned up after he finished and the cost of the job was very reasonable the man who done the job was very polite”

“The locksmith arrived within 2 hours. He identified the problem and corrected it. In discussion I decided to have a new lock fitted. This was done quickly and efficiently.”

“Called in the morning and they arrived that same afternoon. The issue was able to be resolved without replacing any part of the door and the communication on the issue, resolution and possible causes was superb. Hopefully no further issues with the door but will absolutely be coming back to the team if needed.”

“I needed an extra key for my 2009 Kia Picanto. They were able to book me a slot within a few hours of connecting them. I now have an extra key which I am using as my main key. The original key doesn’t fold in or have a separate lock and unlock button. Would definitely recommend, very happy with the new key. Bob was friendly, professional, polite and didn’t take long to program a new key.”

“William came out the same day I phoned and did an excellent job fixing my lock on my conservatory door. He also aligned it as it wasn't sitting right. He went above and beyond and the door locks and opens perfectly now. I would definitely recommend him and I would not hesitate in getting him in the future if needed. Fantastic job. “Symon was brilliant - he was courteous and had excellent knowledge about locks and door aligment. I was impressed by the speed at which he resolved a tricky issue and as well as managed to replace two other locks where they had become faulty.
