“Put Chris’s number in your phone! We had a real emergency situation. Chris was here in 20 mins and had us in in 2 mins. Had tried numerous others, all unavailable, and had a very dodgy guy show up who we had to send packing. Wish I had found Chris’s number first.”

“Colin is a credit to LockRite. He made me feel safe and could not have done more to help me. He answered my call at 1am in the morning when my key would not work. I had gone to my sisters to stay the night and although he would have come straight out, he said he could come in the morning. He kept in constant communication with me and managed to get in to my property without using destructive methods. He was polite, kind and super efficient and I can not recommend him highly enough. Thank you so very much Colin.”

“I contacted Michael Bott when my door lock developed a fault. He quickly understood what had probably gone wrong, just from my phone call. It was a non urgent call but Michael phoned the next day to ensure l was in and an hour later the lock was removed and replaced. Absolutely fabulous service. This is the second time l have used Michael and on both occasions he was brilliant.”
