“LockRite, Get it done Rite! Ian certianly lives up to the name. He was called during the evening after our lock failed and was with us within the hour. Although he couldnt fit the promblem there and then, he secured our door ensuring that we had full protection against potential intruders. Ian returned less than 4 days later with the replacement part and also carried out a full service of the door upon completion. Ian kept me fully updated throughtout the process and is a very likable and approchable person. We can highly recommend Ian for his excellent, speedy, patient, friendly and trustworth service. Ian, you are a gentleman and schollar. Well Done and Thank You”

“David worked his heart and soul out over 2 hours and reprogrammed a new fob and cut a new car key to replace my old key which broke in the lock on my old VW Golf 1.4 tsi Golf. I would wholeheartedly recommend David, who was highly efficient and knowledgeable in resolving my problem, and saved me half the cost of a replacement from my local VW dealer in Sheffield, and a two week wait! I am very grateful for all his help and efforts and for the fabulous customer service he provided. Thank you.”

“Booking easy, Neil phoned 1/2 hour before to say he was on his way. Arrived and supplied new lock and corrected another lock that was not closing correctly. Good work, reasonable price and a pleasant approach by Neil. Well done.”

“Really good service,friendly, fast and reliable. fixed my back door as I couldn't get out the back, lock was stuck and then also looked at my front door as the lock felt funny. Both doors are working better than ever now. Really pleased”
