“Great service from the moment I called the contact centre. They took my details and said a local locksmith would be in touch and that happened really fast. Terry was very professional and kept me updated at all times. The lock change turned out to be complex due to my doors and mechanism but he worked hard to find a solution and made sure everything was sorted. Top service”

“Andreas was excellent and did exactly as he promised - a new key that works perfectly. Arrived on time (despite my error with the address) when it suited me on the day I called, and was generally a nice guy. Highly recommended and will use again.”

“I can highly reccomend Colin from Lockrite. I needed house locks changing urgently at a property of a vulnerable person with dementia and I telephoned Colin out of hours one evening. Colin reassured and explained how he could help and gave the estimated cost . He agreed the situation sounded quite urgent and I was delighted when Colin attended the property very swiftly . He kept in contact with me the entire time. He quickly completed the job with no delay and then telephoned me to explain exactly what he had done. Colin really was a life saver and so polite at all times . He is a true professional I would use him again and definitely reccomend him .”
