“I have selected a surveyor and rated this as good. However one surveyor auto-quoted 270 online but when he called it was 500+vat!!!! (andrew nickless - the residential consultancy) A huge difference. so that was a black mark for the website.”

“I was very disappointed with my first experience of seeking advice from an Architect. He was only in it for the money, wanting a significant amount of cash put into his bank account before ANY discussions had taken place on site or any work had been done with respect to drawings etc. I very politely told him he was out of order and started the search again. I now have three Acountants visiting me next week and after I have swapped ideas, made thumbnail drawings etc, I will choose who to go with for the project.”

“Excellent fast and efficient service. Does exactly what it says on the tin. After providing the spec. was contacted by 3 Architects which enabled me to make my selection. A useful service for those that are unfamiliar with the area and provides peace of mind to know that those that are referred have the appropriate accreditation.”
