“I needed an electrician to PAT test a couple of items for. You came up with a choice of three - one I discounted as being too far away, one I tried and got no reply but the third one at Sandwich - Atman UK Ltd - answered the phone almost immediately, listened to my requirement, agreed they could do it and an electrician would be along that afternoon. Wonderful, the employee was bang on time, was very polite and helpful and the job was done at the agreed price, fantastic. I will certainly use your web site again.”

Hi. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service you received from us. We only pass on your information to the Suppliers we have listed in your area - which is never more than 8 in any area, and in many cases less than this. As we state in our Terms and Conditions - we do not pass your details on to any other third parties, and we only contact you again to ask for feedback, and never again after that. “Immediate contact from two firms following my website form. Helpful advice which helped me to decide how to react to our neighbours' planning application; and what to do by way of a party wall award if the application is passed; ie I'll definitely ensure we and our neighbours call on the services of one or more surveyors.
