“Helped me pick a RICS qualified surveyor from near where the house is, and allowed me to compare prices. Made it much easier to choose and helped me to understand the service offered. RICs uses a standard template for reports so this produces greater consistency in the way reports are presented. They also all use traffic light system to identify riskiest repairs/areas of concern.”
