“The contact was made promptly following my initial request on line. The surveyor was able to make an appointment within days of the initial request, I was not kept waiting. He was very polite and knowledgeable, also said he could give me further information if I was interested in it.”

“I got really helpful quotes very quickly. My only complaint is that I received about 9 phone calls the next morning and as many emails too. I don't mind the emails but your quote list was detailed enough for me to get started and I felt like the calls were overkill.”
