“Every reply I received was professional. they all gave verysimilar advice, one major point being look for a surveyor that is local and knows the area, sadly everyone that gave me quote was based over 150 miles away, maybe my definition of local differs from the legal one.”

“Rubbish site not worth wasting my time on as the names given the first two I contacted one did not bother to ring me back ( too busy at the time I rang them )and the other one said it was not his specialty .”

“Took 24 hours to get an appointment within a week. But the Ernest Hawkes Chartered Surveyors were nominated and booked a quick appointment. I had a call half an hour prior to the Survey which was very good so I could verify my tenants we at home. I had a brief chat with the Surveyor and left him to it. The Report and Valuation arrived today 4 days after the Survey was done. Very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again .”

“not up to date info MMC NOT AVAILABLE SMT Electrical £25 to come out than £25 an hour plus parts I need someone just to come and look Ihave had no hot water for weeks and am getting tired of boiling the kettle to have a wash please help”
