“So far so good, but I've only received a couple of responses and have yet to set up meetings and receive a quote, and then get the guys here to do the work, which with all my activity so far has yet to happen. I am surprised at the number of electricians who will even go to the trouble of paying a visit to quote and that can be the last I hear of them. Sometimes, they even quote and sound really enthusiastic, but then NOTHING!!! An amazing way to run a business!!!!!”

“Quick response from some of the companies recommended, but the most local and best value one replied to say this wasn't their line of work anymore which was disappointing and needs updating.”

“Although the surveyor agreed to attend the site, several excuses to defer survey were apparently given, e.g., bats and asbestos in Little Logmore buildings, which were to be demolished. The result is that demolition has been completed and no survey has been carried out of the two adjacent properties. It seems that this virtually nullifies the intended purpose of any survey. Surely, surveys are required of adjacent neighbours' properties, according to law?! So, is this not a contravention of law?”
