These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“Thank you so much. I was experiencing difficulty finding an electrician and found this site and wow what a success! I was contacted the same evening by one electrician who is coming out to see the job early next week.(It is Easter weekend) Then the following morning another electrician contacted me. “I found the whole experience to be excellent. There were plenty of surveyors to choose from ,where I could compare prices, decide which survey was best for me relatively quickly. There was a rapid response from everyone; telephone calls, emails and texts. I was able to choose the right survey at the right price for me very quickly. It was excellent. Thank you.”

“Did not deliver the report. It was promised within 5 days. I am at the risk of loosing the property or paying stamp duty. Called carley at the office. She agreed to call back within mins. She did not rerun the call Cannot deliver to the expectation. Not treating customers fairly”

“I am not impressed with the service I got from the company used. Structured Environment . They agreed my report will be ready Wednesday lunch time . At 1pm when I rang they said it wasn't ready as they were short staffed due to colleagues on holiday . Surely holidays are pre booked someone must have known Thursday afternoon staff situation for following week. This is now 10am 24 hours after promised delivery still awaiting report You will agree with me from a customer's perspective,it isn't a good service”
