In addition to domestic property we also provide a comprehensive range of services for commercial property. These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“Hugh Broadbent BA Hons M.R.I.C.S. of Chartex. (Chartered Surveyors Express) visited my home a week ago, after I had been refused Buildings insurance with an insurance company who had previously insured me, without any claims. The refusal was due to a serious mis-understanding over some hair line cracking in my house walls. Mr Broadbent, immediately on arrival, commented that my house was not falling down. He went on to inspect all evidence; inside and out; included taking photographs in case of further refusal of insurance, and concluded that the hair line cracks are non-progressive. Furthermore he waived his fee, unless I needed his report in writing. I have a great respect for Mr Broadbent, and highly recommend his services. Ron Fitzgerald. DE7.”

“Richard Chambers from 'my-surve' was very accommodating and met me at the weekend as I live quite a distance from the property that needed the EPC. He was prompt, thorough and I had a copy of the report within an hour. Excellent service - many thanks.”

“Having posted my request I was given recommendations promptly, and when contacting them they all responded equally quickly. Unfortunately for them, I followed the recommendation of a friend so did not need any of their services.”

“Having had the list of those suppliers, I made efforts to contact them but had no success in getting a response. I think the Local Surveyors Direct don't have a wider membership to be able to offer the users of their website a credible service.”

“Got information on half a dozen contractors very quickly. One called me the same evening, came round to give a quote and I subsequently arranged for him to carry out the work. Great, as I really didn't know where to find a reliable tradesman otherwise.”

“I talked personally to two guys out of five that suited my location. Three of them, that I left a messages for, never called me back even to let me know that they are not interested in the job. I choose one of the two that I talked to. That is the reason I chose - Normal - even though their ignoring me has nothing to do with you and the information you provided. Thank you.”

“I didn't like the fact within 1 min of registering my details i got phone calls saying they can do me a cheaper deal. Hence why the poor review Very unhappy at being hounded!”
