“Contacted county line through you. An appointment was booked immediately, they came and took photos and measurements, said they would let me have a quote in a few days. Despite reminders never got a quote for the work. Complete waste of time! Always best to go through recommendation.”

“It was good to be able to get an idea of what is on offer for the region but I was looking for something specific and all i got was quotations for house surveys. I also received a curtesy call from one - not a big issue but unexpected.”

“The web site gave me five options, two of the companies contacted me as a follow up. One to say that they were not able to help at that time and the other to tell me when they would be available. I also contacted a third company who we then agreed would visit the site to complete the survey that we needed.”
