In addition to domestic property we also provide a comprehensive range of services for commercial property. These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“Terrible. Instead of just getting emails, got calls asking how much property cost, and reneging on quote. Plus it was all just hard sell. Couldn’t care less about our actually questions.”

“I was very impressed with this service. Within 24 hours, I received quotations, sample reports and other detailed information from four out of seven of the suppliers provided to me by 'localsurveydirect' in response to my Homebuyers Survey enquiry. The four responses included a quotation from the providers with the least and most expensive estimates and both of their quotations were lower than the estimates for their services. That was a real bonus!”

“I had no idea where to look for a Surveyor or Architect. I contacted the Company nearest to the property I was going to purchase. I got a very helpful e-mail from them and an offer to meet me at the property to discuss the best way to convert the downstairs into a comfortable mini-flat. Unfortunately, my Purchaser pulled out yesterday but should I be lucky to get another shortly I will definitely go back to the same Company”

“I asked for an instant surveyor price comparison, instead you passed my details onto hundreds of conveyancers and surveyors, who have deluged me with emails. I will never use your site again, and will advise everyone i speak to on the subject to do likewise. Abysmal. If you were in any way reasonable, i’d ask you to delete my details.”

“I needed an electrician to PAT test a couple of items for. You came up with a choice of three - one I discounted as being too far away, one I tried and got no reply but the third one at Sandwich - Atman UK Ltd - answered the phone almost immediately, listened to my requirement, agreed they could do it and an electrician would be along that afternoon. Wonderful, the employee was bang on time, was very polite and helpful and the job was done at the agreed price, fantastic. I will certainly use your web site again.”

Hi. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service you received from us. We only pass on your information to the Suppliers we have listed in your area - which is never more than 8 in any area, and in many cases less than this. As we state in our Terms and Conditions - we do not pass your details on to any other third parties, and we only contact you again to ask for feedback, and never again after that. I hope this helps to put your mind at rest.

“Immediate contact from two firms following my website form. Helpful advice which helped me to decide how to react to our neighbours' planning application; and what to do by way of a party wall award if the application is passed; ie I'll definitely ensure we and our neighbours call on the services of one or more surveyors. But this isn't because anyone I spoke to was overly pushy. We just had a good conversation.”
