“The process was easy to follow and, within an hour, I had received several competitive quotations. I was then able to make arrangements for a survey to be completed next week. As I had not used this service before, I was taken by surprise when the emails began arriving from different surveyors. It would be useful to explain to inexperienced customers, like me, that this would happen. Apologies if I missed seeing it on your website! Thank you for an excellent service.”
