“Just got a lot of irrevant correspondance from companies thinking I was buying and needed a survey’s report. I never said i was buying. Show me the proof if you think i stated that. Otherwise a great site.”

“Very handy and helpful to have a tool to find local surveyors and prices all on one screen so I could choose myself who I wanted to go with. A bit frustrating that my phone was ringing off the hook within 3 minutes of me looking online. I appreciate people want business and it could be seen to be helpful but there was no choice for me to say ‘don’t contact me’ so I spent the rest of my morning answering phone calls to tell people I had already chosen someone.”

“'Wouldn't say I was actually 100% delighted as I was hoping to find a recomendation for someone who could provide me with a EPC within my area. Whilst someone got back to me almost immediately I remember somewhere within your information that I should check that the person who offers this service is qualified to do so. How do I check that? I thought that if someone made contact with me via your site that that I would be assured that I didn't need to worry. Maybe I'm missing something here and everything is fine - but you now have me wondering. How do I know?”

“I wanted LOCALLY BASED Chartered Surveyors but most of the quotes were from what appear to be call centre type organistaions based miles away and not knowing the area. LOCAL SUREYORS seems to be a misnomer.”
