“Was bombarded with calls after pushing the confirm button, felt like I was a piece of meat up for grabs. Terrible approach guys! Give me the quotes please and let me contact people, not the other way around. Some people have called 2-3 times in an hour. Feels like you have created a desperate battle for business.”

“I didn't use any of the surveyors on the list in the end. I also wasn't expecting to be contacted by all of them. I was under the impression that it was a comparison site and should I be interested in any of the companies, it would then be up to me to call them.”

“I like to contact people that I choose to contact. I didn't realise that you sell my contact details as "sales leads" to the whole list creating continuous calls and emails all day. Never again - bring back the phone book.”

“I needed a chartered structural engineer with a certain qualification which is not listed on your website. My bank requested this for my mortgage most of the options for structural engineers did not have right qualifications. Really need to alter this as it would have cost lots of money if I had chosen wrongly. Not happy that you don't let people know the difference. I called a member of your staff to let her know but she couldn't have cared less about my complaint. Very bad.”

“I had struggled to find a local surveyor to be interested in my small job The companies I contacted were just interested in large developments and I couldn't find anyone I contacted LSD and got feedback from 3 architects the next day who have all quoted and I will be instructing one tomorrow. So impressed and I wish I had found them earlier for another property”
