“When I requested a list of electricians in my area, I instantly received 6 names and full contact details. Within 5 minutes, Kamran Shahzad of NK Electrical & Building Services Ltd rang, said he was near my area and asked if I would like the work done today. Less than 4 hours later he had moved a wall light, and carried out a complete wiring check. Brilliant service.”

“The screening process which the site provides was hugely helpful. Information links on the recommended list to websites was also helpful. Criticism: I dislike that my enquiry and personal details were sent to everyone on the list which the site generated. I now have about 15 chase-up emails from these businesses, when I haven't had chance to review their work online to see if I like their style and the tone of their site. VERY irritating and time consuming to now have to bat-off those practices in which I'm not interested.”
