“I was given a list of surveyors in order of cost - the cheapest at the top of the list. This was excellent and I was able to pick a surveyor and proceed to instruction straight away. So far, excellent. Unfortunately, after I had instructed, 2 firms contacted me offering the service at a lower price than the cheapest on the list. Had I not instructed, I would have switched to a cheaper one but it was too late. All in all I was very happy with the site and the way it works but the fact that I could have had a cheaper service did annoy me.”
