In addition to domestic property we also provide a comprehensive range of services for commercial property. These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“The response was extremely fast, in fact it was too fast - I received a phone call while I was still looking at the web page. I would have preferred time to read the site. Maybe at least a 10 minute delay just to give a chance to absorb the information. In fact I would have preferred to make contact myself.”

“Details which I needed to enter were brief and simple. Two surveyors contacted me immediately so I was able to discuss details more e.g. ask for advice and inform what kind of property I needed a survey on. I also received emails from surveyors which I could look at later or delete.”

“After explaining that I needed a Building Survey on a grade II listed property, Local Surveyors Direct charged my credit card without securing a surveyor. I repeatedly had to call them to ask when my survey was booked for. After 2 days of emails and phonecalls I was informed that there were no surveyors available...waste of time!! Would not recommend this company. I found a surveyor through calling a local estate agent and asking for their recommendations.”

“There was a very quick response. It is a shame that you get besieged with emails and one or two phone calls. However I was able to choose a qualified local man who checked out on the RICS website”
