“Excellent fast and efficient service. Does exactly what it says on the tin. After providing the spec. was contacted by 3 Architects which enabled me to make my selection. A useful service for those that are unfamiliar with the area and provides peace of mind to know that those that are referred have the appropriate accreditation.”

“Easy to use and the first electrician on your list was the one who we graced with our enquiry! He was quick to answer his phone and our questions. We are now just waiting for him to pop round to look at the problem.”

“I didn't like how many calls I have had off of the surveyors which has put me off using any of them”

“The website was quick and easy to use, providing a list of 8 names. I contacted the three that were most local to me. One charged for initial visit so I declined, The next one did not seem at all interested and the conversation was very awkward, so I declined. Third attempt found local surveyor who was very interested, friendly and informative. I have arranged for an initial, free consultation with him next week. It appears that this person may be able to help me in several elements and stages of my project.”

“The immediate and quick results were fantastic although now I am being bombarded on my mobile and email by building surveyors! It is already a busy time moving house so perhaps if the suppliers could calm down on this element it would help. :)”
