In addition to domestic property we also provide a comprehensive range of services for commercial property. These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“I was immediately given around 6 contacts that enabled me to phone the closest surveyor straight away who was helpful and offered a price that turned out to be 30% more than those travelling further afield but he did include all sampling. Within a few hours I was receiving follow up calls from other surveyors who quoted less for an initial survey but would have charged for samples so I expect in the end it worked out about the same and the local surveyor could come in 2 days. This service worked extremely well and the surveyors were happy to forwarded their certification as well insurance documents as recommended by the site. Very pleased with how the service worked (thus far) for us.”

“Only wanted an online quote, now being emailed and called relentlessly by 'suppliers' miles away. Site is misleading and not clear enough that they will pass all your details on to multiple suppliers. Avoid.”
