In addition to domestic property we also provide a comprehensive range of services for commercial property. These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“Your provision of information was alright and we immediately wrote to a Surveyor in the next Village from us - however, he has never replied to us and we have now needed to look elsewhere which was disappointing. Thank you Marcus Adams”

“connected me with a surveyor. let's see how they go. O i thought this website review would have a downsides section too, not just the "what made you happy" bit. knock another star off for almost biasing the results. Downsides are that the comparison listing didn't hyperlink / refer to any websites, only some contact details e.g. phone numbers and had to scroll right down to see those almost missed them. not all answering quickly maybe old or not ideal details. &One apparently listing wrong prices so a waste of my time, after this guy not responding to emails for 3 days. Obviously this isn't the comparison site's fault or maybe it is if they're not bothering to suitably police the contacts they appear to be recommending.”

“A number of surveyors phoned or sent emails with a price to do the work within a couple of hours. One company arranged to come to site to see what was required and then quote I was very impressed with the way it went.”

“Explained exactly my conveyancing needs and you gave several estimates for the job. I chose one of the firms and restated my conveyancing needs as before and explained that I had an estimate through your website. Lawcomm were the firm I chose and they said the couldn't possibly do the job for the price estimate but would be prepared to give me a new price. Very little point in getting a price through your website when it is not honoured by the participating firms.”

“We made an appointment with Leo Horsfield Surveyors. Although we ended up paying more than we were initial thinking the General structural survey we got was worth the extra to provide peace of mind. We got a prompt and efficient response and visit from the company. they were able to confirm what our problem was and we are looking forward to receiving the written report.”

“After registering with yourselves,we got enough surveyors details to make an informed choice.In the end,we went with Philip Beere of accolaide surveyors.They were mid range on pricing and fairly local for our needs,and thoroughly professional throughout.Without local surveyors direct they may have passed us by,so many thanks for your service.”
