“It gave quite a good selection of surveyors at a reasonable cost. Cut out the super high quotes that try to charge when you get in touch individually. The only not good thing was that I didn't recall giving my permission for my details to be sent to the surveyors, meaning I received a few emailed offers which I really wasn't anticipating. But it did lead to one being used. So I guess it worked out well.”

“I have say that the whole experience has been very stressful . It's nearly a year since he started drawing the plans for all the steps to completed. Building and water control and so on .Planning department asked for the plan to be amended . The Archiet send it back partly done. I am so stressed about the whole thing . Mrs Shillingford.
