These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“so far there are no local surveyors on your list that are recognised Also as professionals either FRICS or RICS it is surprising that the surveyors listed don't show the qualifications noted. Indeed it has always been difficult for a lay person to contact RICS who appear to be a closed society not open or transparent to the public.”

“initially I was struggling to pinpoint the kind of professionals I needed to talk to who could provide the services the wanted in certain specific areas. I was depending on my contacts for introductions,. Those contacts proved to be OTT as far as their quotations were concerned. And then I stumbled on to your sit. “WOW!! What a service! No longer had I placed my request for a EPC report, 3 companies rang me to arrange a visit. Simon from UpEnergy was first to contact me and was very friendly and competatively priced. Simon visited our shop a couple of days later. Job Done!! Full report was with me the following day. Overall, a great service. Highly recommended. Classic Vision.”

“When asking for contact details you feel that you are using service like a Yellow phone directory. You are given the option to contact the companies/individuals you are have provided details on in order to obtain their services. Under no circumstances under the phone directory are they given your details to contact you - this is cold calling and not acceptable under any circumstances. Your website is misleading in not making this clear as we would not have used it should we have been aware.”
