“Goods arrived promptly - the cardboard box had begun to split, but the grout tub was undamaged, thanks to the extra piece of cardboard put in the bottom of the box. A slightly heavier grade of box would be a good idea, or one box inside another - 5kg of grout can knock cardboard about.”

“Postage was fast but was charged at double what they actually pay, I hold a DPD account and it does not cost 12 pounds a package ( smaller than a shoebox and as light as a bag of sugar). I checked out with my mobile phone so I did not see the full amount they charged until I checked my online banking. Felt some what a little cheated. I do not know if it's a deliberately hid but there needs to be a different rate for small items”
