“Service and delivery excellent, however it was not until the light arrived the instructions indicated that an earth spike was required for installation . This item is not available from lighting direct and had to be sourced from elsewhere. If I had known this I wouldn't have purchased the item and found somewhere that sold both”

“The photo on the website was misleading, and when I rang the technical staff I got the impression they did not really know the answers to my two questions. But they assured me I could return the product if it was not OK. So I decided to go ahead and risk it. I tried to order over the website but it was very confusing and badly designed, so I tried to order by phone but no-one answered or responded to my message to call me back. Eventually after half an hour I got the website order to do through. The item arrived very promptly and I was reassured on the 2 points I had queried. My only quibble is that the light given off is really a bit too cold for a domestic situation.”

“One of the lights ordered was not as advertised. I ordered 4 lights which are supposed to shine bright white it that makes sense. 3 of them do and one shines in a very dull bronze type shade of white. Quality of the product good although there was glue attached to two of the lights. Paid for delivery which in effect was very slow”

“Your products are good. However your courier service were not, they left a note on there first attempt at delivery but did not knock or ring the bell(I was home all day) the note said they would deliver next day and the goods did not arrive for another 2 days. Hence my score, please review your courier delivery service”

“Initially informed that 1 item was delayed only to receive notification few days later the item had been shipped yet received nothing from the courier until a day or so later. Became a little confusing and therefore had to 2 visits to collect items instead of 1”

“The process of ordering was straightforward and product descriptions accurate. Delivery information given at point of paying was different to info at point of ordering. 2 items not in stock so postponed electrician only to have all items delivered on same day ... on original date ... frustrating”

“Ordered light and paid. Not told it was out of stock. I had to contact after 7 days as no info was sent. Then I was told it was out of stock. When it did come in it was sent next day. It was well packed.”
