“I am a returning customer and yet again LD had the product I wanted at a discount price. The website is easy to navigate and it took no time to find what I wanted. Ordering was straight forwards, LD communication was clear and timely. The delivery was as promised. The lights purchased were well packed and all the packing material was recyclable. I will return for any other requirement and have no quarms about recommending them to others based on this and my previuos order.”

“Lights arrived with incorrect plugs (european not UK, despite no mention of this on the site or order) - I contacted customer services to ask for a replacement. They initially responded saying they're just sold like that and the package contains convertors (it didn't), they then said they would send replacement (they didn't) and they're now ignoring my emails. Customer service is very poor and definitely won't be ordering from here again.”
