“Unfortunately these lights are not fit for purpose, the weight it far to heavy for the magnet and all four fell down, taking with them paint and plaster as well has damaging the pictures underneath. Complete waste of money, and now I have to fix all the damage which they have created.”

“Not put up yet, purchased antique brass effect - but they are black with literally a few brush strokes of antique brass paint - but they just look black - nothing like photo. So disappointed as I spent ages trying to find the colour I wanted to go with my decor.”

“The product listing pages we not clear enough on the product so I had to return it. Having a $6.50 returns fee is not acceptable vs. your competitors like Amazon. Who not only offered the option to pick up from my home but it's also free. Delivery and returns cost sales and business. Because of this and the extra hassle of having to go to a drop off, at my expense. I am not likely to buy from you again. Your returns policy needs to meet retailing benchmark of Amazon.”

“The customer service at lighting direct was the best i have ever experienced over many years. The ladies that answered the phone were polite and very helpful with no exception. But one lady stands out as exceptional. Her name is "Jane" (Surname not known by me). I had a faulty product and Jane went out of her way to ensure i had a quick replacement on two occasions. Her manner and help was extremely impressive and so helpful. She alone has convinced me that i will always come back to your company for any lighting products i may need in the future. I will also recommend your company to others. Simply brilliant. Many thanks.”

“Great customer service. Despite the fact that the courier screwed up the delivery and despatched the goods to completely the wrong address, they immediately sent a duplicate delivery which has now arrived. Great reaction just poor choice of courier.”
