“Ordered some plug in and play easyfit garden lighting. Arrived within 2 days of ordering. I was short 2 lights which was frustrating but I made a call to their customer service team, who answered straight away and were very helpful. I was informed they would looked into it and call me back. I was called back within an hour and 2 lights that were missing put in the post for me. I also accidentally ordered an extra transformer which they were more than happy for me to return. Returns system was simple, just needed a printer to print the return label. Overall, great experience especially as it didn’t all go quite to plan.”

“Firstly the glass doesn't fit well to base . very awkward to fit including the plug adapter . Details are unclear and you need a bulb which I ordered as an extra one thank god. It doesn't dim as it says in description. It works but I wouldn't bank on it being great , it just works. Read the reviews in future ! Delivery expensive but fast !”

“Service and delivery excellent. It was unfortunate that some off the lights we ordered were not compatible as the manufacturer had stopped making the driver we had that was behind the ceiling cladding. We phone them and Dean went out of his way to find a replacement driver like our old one he couldn't be nicer. I would recommend them anytime. Super company .”

“Pleased with our purchase of Lucide Two Touch Table Lamp - Satin Chrome. The only issue we have is when light is on brightest setting, it keeps flickering. We have seen this remark on previoous reviews, so not sure if this is a fault with the lamp.”

“I'm really glad I found this company and they have an excellent selection of lights. I ordered two uplighters and they arrived the following day. I can't fault Lighting Direct and will be buying from them again. Customer service prior to my purchase was also excellent.”
