Easy to order but delivery was not next day. It arrived, in good condition, 3 days after placing the order.

Site was great, communication and service also good - the product itself wasn't well finished, dings in the wood, felt from the bottom was showing as roughly put in place and wood had score marks where it was shaped around the circumference, just really a shame the product seemed rushed out of the door before it was ready.

The battery outdoor light looks excellent. However I paid £6 99 for next day delivery and it was received on the 3rd day. I would like the postage refunded please. Linda Burkle

Ordering and shipping is excellent. Product purchase sadly isn’t. The transformer available is different is the previous transformer purchased with the Garden24 light series and the lights are now dim and hardly light up the garden.

The floor light arrived ahead of scheduled time BUT the box was slightly crushed and the light had a chip around the rim 😩 which was somewhat disappointing because it’s a really nice light.

I think the description is a little misleading as it said it was Smokey grey, when in fact it is a silver mirror ball. it certainly looks much better when lit but clearly most of the time in the day it isn't. However, it is a very nice light and the size does make it impressive.

The light went up easily enough, however, the fixings for the roof of light were missing. In addition, if adjustments for the Lux and Timing require the light to be removed from the wall.

Hello, While mounting the first coach lantern I purchased (3 in total) I noticed a design issue. The lamp in question uses dome nuts that requires the screws to be at the right length. If the screws are too long the end of the screw would hit the bottom of the dome nut and the whole assembly will be loose. This is exactly what happens with your coach lamps. The screws between the plastic mounting plate and the metal body of the lamp are too long so the lamp assembly is loose although the 2 dome nuts are tighten to their maximum. I had 3 options to fix this and ensure a tight assembly: - replace the screws with shorter ones - shorten the screws by about 3mm - insert washers or a second nut to act as packers. I decided to add a second nut (brass so it won’t rust) for both mounting screws. I can send you a picture if you want but if you perform a test by simply tightening the 2 dome nuts to their max or by measuring the length of the screws. You will see they are too long leading to a loose assembly when fitted to the wall. Looking forward to your feedback. Thanks and regards, Damien

Excellent service for ordering and delivery. Unfortunately the description of the lights on the web site was different to that on the product packaging. This made the lights unuseable the location I wanted them. Returns was efficient and quick. No hassle. Would use company again though. One small error doesnt detract from sercice and products

Just received these solar garden lights, the brilliance is not to good so far???. Might need to be in the sun longer to charge them up we'll see ???!!!!!.

Thank you for getting in touch. The solar lights have arrived with you having been in transit from the manufacturers, and then stored in a warehouse with no sunlight. They will need to be charged outside for a few days to achieve the optimum level of charge in the batteries. Please see the enclosed instructions. The Customer Care Team

I received my light today - It was delivered promply and packed to perfection. No problem so far. I unpacked the light ,followed all the instructions and although a bit fiddly fitted it successfully in an hour or so. The problem came when I tried to adjust the PIR sensor for night time movement only and the light remained on and the sensor adjustment had no effect - I can only conclude the PIR was faulty since the adjustment screw went round and round to no effect. To put it bluntly I was disappointed and brassed off with all the effort I had put in - such is life!!

Lamp is great but very disappointed with the actual light as it states warm white light but the one I have received is cold white which looks out of place.

Thank you for getting in touch. The "warm white" spectrum is from 2000K to 3000K on the Kelvin scale and I can confirm the light you purchased is definitely on this spectrum. It may look slightly different to other warm white lights you have as they may be nearer the 2000K end of the spectrum but still classed as warm white. The Customer Care Team

Was a little disappointed with the shade colour as it looked a lot lighter on picture. Liked the shape of the base just wish you've had a cream one available. Value for money.
