“Happy with the lamp, but I didn't realise that it didn't come with a bulb. A bit annoying I now have to find and purchase one separately. it would be good if that was called out more clearly or there was a prompt at checkout to add one in this instance.”

“My order did not arrive next day as expected but the lady I spoke to at lighting direct was so helpful. She also got part of the order delivered on a Saturday before midday. This got me out of trouble.”

“Just switched them on tonight and look just as photos . Before buying them I asked for advice which I received a prompt reply and hence bought and received them the next day and were very easy to connect up. Great lights . Thank you.”

“Have purchased from lighting direct on several occasions & have been very happy with the service. Unfortunately the kitten lamp I ordered (it said it was in stock) in November did not arrive within the 3-5 day window promised. I phoned after approx 2 weeks to see why & was told the item was out of stock & would not be delivered until late January! This was disappointing as it was a Christmas gift for my daughter. The call handler was apologetic & I was given the option to have a refund, but I decided to wait for the item to be delivered in January. It arrived slightly earlier than quoted & my daughter is delighted with it! So all is good that ends well.”

“I bought a light from B&Q the box it came in was about half the size of yours and half the weight but a similar price. Needless to say, I returned the B&Q item and have fitted yours. It looks very well made and works perfectly. I have never ever written a review before, but the other light fitting was so disappointing and to be honest it was all very annoying Michael”

“Great service and speedy delivery. Purchased an out door wall light. Good quality and looks good. The only problem (as with so many light fittings) is that its very fiddley and you need 3 hands to install it.”

“Hi I was very pleased with the price and the brilliant delivery time with this product. The fitting itself was just what I wanted. The lamp itself was well constructed with adjustable lamps and sensor. The only disappointment was that the cable to the unit has a small cut/ abrasion ( see picture) the fact that the installation could not be delayed, the problem was taped by a reluctant electrician. This not being ideal was the quickest solution. I will be using Lyco again and hope they are not let down by quality control. Russ Rowley”

“Easy to order, quick delivery, although delivery company only informed me of my delivery slot that morning and, without any other options to change the delivery. Thankfully a neighbour was home and took the delivery. However, the item was well packed. The item itself is a good quality light, constructed of metal and powder coated. All in all it looks a quality product.”
