It said when we bought the light it was in stock . You took our money. Then told us it would be months before our light could be delivered. NOT GOOD!!!!!!!

I can only review you on your choice of courier as I have not yet received the lights, Should have arrived yesterday by 6.00pm. Tracking information fine upto 2.00pm when the lights arrived at depote a few miles from my house. No information since then. A terrible delivery service from this courier. I will not use FedEx or a compancy that uses them in the future.

The lights arrived late, after 4 weeks. Customer service assured me the item would be in two weeks. Poor service.

No idea what it's like as it hasn't arrived yet. It is a little irritating to be asked to review a product when it is not actually here for me to review.

Lights arrived with incorrect plugs (european not UK, despite no mention of this on the site or order) - I contacted customer services to ask for a replacement. They initially responded saying they're just sold like that and the package contains convertors (it didn't), they then said they would send replacement (they didn't) and they're now ignoring my emails. Customer service is very poor and definitely won't be ordering from here again.

Returned items, was very disappointed to find that it was plastic for this price and after double checking the description. If I wanted plastic I would have bought the one in ikea for £7. Gutted as hate wasting my time.

Very disappointed with the customer service. Have emailed several times how, to no avail. The lights were advertised as being indoor/outdoor but when they arrived, they were described as indoor. This is not what I wanted. Since then I have emailed and still no reply

Rubbish company absolutely no customer service at all! Been emailing for weeks as they charged me £6.99 for next day delivery and it actually came almost a week later. No response from them. I instantly don't trust companies like this as this is how scam businesses treat you. Do not use them

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered this light on 21st October, with it being advertised as next day delivery for UK mainland. 2 days later I received an email stating it would be delivered on 18th December. When I email customer service, the same email was copied and pasted as a reply and my latest email has gone un answered, along with Facebook messages. I have just arrived home to 2 heavily battered boxes which state 'fragile' and we have just unboxed it to find a lamp base and a lamp shade, but no stand????!!! Customer Service team - please resolve this immediately.

I have not received the light. I have had no significant response to my enquiries. I suspect that your courier has lost or misdirected the package. I will cancel my PayPal payment to Lighting- direct. I know that Lighting-Direct is an online retailer but don't they have a phone ?? As I stated in my previous emails after 10 am tomorrow I will not be at the delivery address

9 days after ordering with rapid delivery paid for as an extra I still have not received these lights. I have phoned and emailed and was promised last week that they were dispatched last Thursday and would be with me on Saturday at the latest. I phoned again and was told they would dispatch this coming Thursday. I will wait and see. Very disappointing indeed.

Items don’t arrive and the courier FedEx did not leave a card and website hangs when trying to trach. Lighting Direct have not responded re my complaint and request for refund (over £100!) and no tel no to call - very poor service

Parcel supposedly delivered… but it hasn’t. And tracking showing nothing useful. I’ve emailed Lighting Direct twice to ask for help but as yet I’ve had no reply. Not impressed

Ordered 2 picture lights, with the recommended bulbs. 1 of the lights was damaged upon arrival, and the bulbs don't fit the picture lights, so I have had to order them elsewhere. I have emailed LD for exchange on the damaged light and heard nothing back...

Products ordered not as described on website. Many inconsistencies with product description and actual product received. Have emailed customer service and no response after two days. Very poor customer service as this should be resolved ASAP.
