I was a little disappointed with lighting direct because I ordered 6 ceiling lights and 6 gu10 bulbs. On the website it said they were in stock so I.ordered them and it was only when the confirmation email came through that they told me the order would be "in two parts" so part of the order was not in stock. Luckily I didnt have to wait very long, but why weren't they honest in the first place?
