“Like the lights and delivery was good but what are suppose to be two identical lights have different sized diffusers meaning the finish on one is terrible. Have called and was told someone would get back to me but that hasn?t happened. Have also sent an email but have received no response!”

“Delivery arrived in a few days but....... the light fitting was there but the two halogen lights were not sent and I had paid for them. Please can you forward them.”

“Good looking light with excellent camera. You do need a strong Wifi at the installation point for light and camera to work. If you need help in setting this unit up, download the manual from Smartwares, as Lighting Direct didn't even return my call after asking for some help in the setting up of security light.”

“Lamp was sent without any bulbs, and ino information was provided to this effect. I would have ordered bulbs as well if I knew the item would not be provided with bulbs”

“Delivery dates are unpredictable and also changed at short notice - we had arranged to be at home from work on the Tuesday to receive the lights we ordered but then the delivery date moved forward to Monday and we were only informed by email at about 8pm the night before, making it impossible for us to be home on the delivery date.”

“I received the chandelier light with small part that needed to be glued in & also didn't receive bulbs with it until 10 days later...which only lasted few days & now two have blown. So have now bought other low energy ones costing me £11.00 now the light fitting works.”

“Disapointed youir advert e mail said delivery was free and it was charged. I finished up paying more for my 200 led lights than my wife paid for her 400 led lights and the packaging looked the same. I will not be buying again.”

“Missing items from original order. Contacted and confirmed would follow shortly. Items did not arrive. Contacted Lighting-Direct to find out what what happening but no further contact. Items finally arrived but disappointed with the fact that my emails were ignored. Would think again before using in the future.”
