Very poor delivery ordered 2nd Dec arrived 9th December. Had to pay extra postage as it was delivered to IV25 by Hermes! Big box small package could have been sent in the post for half the cost and would have been here in 1or 2 days. Nearly didn't order when I heard Hermes! Happy with product but haven?t taken it out of its plastic casing yet. Looks good.

Good looking light with excellent camera. You do need a strong Wifi at the installation point for light and camera to work. If you need help in setting this unit up, download the manual from Smartwares, as Lighting Direct didn't even return my call after asking for some help in the setting up of security light.

Service was OK. The original delivery date was missed and they advised me of a later one which was a bit of a pain, but parts got here OK in the end

The lights look nice although we haven?t used them yet. Delivery was quick. We had a voucher for £10 off that wouldn?t work online, I contacted customer service by phone and email and did not receive a reply.

Wall light arrived promptly which was great however it did not suit so rang company to ask about a refund. A girl answered who then put me through to some other lady who was very friendly and helpful, said that she would get an email sent out to me the next day (by some other department) and this email would I presume have a returns label to print or at least instructions on how to return. This was on Thursday 21st Nov 19. Wanted to post light back as soon as possible but did not receive email on the Friday and even looked in my spam. It is Mon 25th Nov and I am going to have to ring again and ask for email to be sent to me.

They used Hermes as a courier - regularly unreliable in my personal experience.

Only half the order arrived. Eventually managed to talk to a member of staff who was very obliging and the rest of the order was delivered the next day.

I received part of my order as stated. The last part was not delivered on the said date. I tried calling, but no response. I e mailed. I got through eventually and was told the last part of my order would not be delivered until a week later. They should have informed me of this hence the three stars.

Lamp was sent without any bulbs, and ino information was provided to this effect. I would have ordered bulbs as well if I knew the item would not be provided with bulbs

Purchased some Dow lights that could be dimmed for bathroom but needed a suitable dimmer to activate them. Asked customer services by email but didn?t get a response.

The main problem was the waiting time on the phone when trying to contacts Customer Service. I left my phone number as requested but no one phoned back. On my second attempt two daus later, the phone was answered immediately by a lady called Kathryn, who was very helpful.

Delivery arrived in a few days but....... the light fitting was there but the two halogen lights were not sent and I had paid for them. Please can you forward them.
