Only half the order arrived. Eventually managed to talk to a member of staff who was very obliging and the rest of the order was delivered the next day.

My purchase was sent to Jersey instead of Guernsey and now has been sent back to Birmingham. I?d booked time off to install the purchases and it is a nuisance that installation will have to be at a later date.

Very slow to deliver, plus packaging seemed quite minimal considering the length of the items purchased and how easy they could have been broken. Happy with product and would use again.

Very poor delivery ordered 2nd Dec arrived 9th December. Had to pay extra postage as it was delivered to IV25 by Hermes! Big box small package could have been sent in the post for half the cost and would have been here in 1or 2 days. Nearly didn't order when I heard Hermes! Happy with product but haven?t taken it out of its plastic casing yet. Looks good.

Purchased some Dow lights that could be dimmed for bathroom but needed a suitable dimmer to activate them. Asked customer services by email but didn?t get a response.

Very late delivery. 2 weeks later than delivery date stated at checkout. Did get a prompt reply when I asked where the order was but the information given was wrong.

I think that in insight the price for this light is over priced, even if you that in to account the posting.

They sent a Chrome Lamp instead of Brass, Impossible to contact by phone, answer service says they are very busy. When you email the response is we are having issues with Hermes deliveries. After several emails I did get replacement light, but am still waiting for them to collect Chrome Lamp I don't need and didn't order.

Lights themselves are great. Paid for ?express delivery? on two orders both before the cut off times saying they?d be delivered the next day. Both took an extra day. Not a big issue as express does say 1-2 days in t&c?s but then just wonder why it says ?order before 6:30 for delivery tomorrow?. Anyways wasn?t too annoyed as things are strange at the moment generally. Also I placed first order and the day the lights arrived they put on a sale offering 20% off the same lights I ordered. I actually needed to order another anyway. I called them to ask if they could refund me the difference between what I paid and the sale price or even give me a coupon/credit to use towards the extra light I needed. They said this wasn?t possible. Not the best service from them to be honest. I said what if I just return the lights I have had delivered and just order 4 from the sale price. They said there was only one left in stock. I said if I return my 3 can I guarantee my stock will be allocated to me, they said no. Overall just didn?t feel as though anyone went out their way to help me out. Average service nothing special.

Terminal markings unclear with only one out of five marked clearly. The PIR performs poorly, about 0.5m activation not about 6m as advertised. Rear cavity too shallow for a normal cable so unit does not mount flat.

I have used the product for several weeks. The unit is reasonably well-built and the floodlight and PIR are both adjustable horizontally and vertically, and work well. HOWEVER, contrary to the description of the product, night time recording with the camera is NOT crystal clear: despite many adjustments, advice from Customer Services, and re-testing of the unit many times, night time images, even with the floodlight on, are very dark and indistinct. For night time security, I now think an infra-red camera would be the far the better option.

Products were up to the expected good standard, but packaging was poor with items rattling around in the box which had sustained damage during transit. The carrier did not deliver on the advised day but delivered the day later.

Service and delivery excellent, however it was not until the light arrived the instructions indicated that an earth spike was required for installation . This item is not available from lighting direct and had to be sourced from elsewhere. If I had known this I wouldn't have purchased the item and found somewhere that sold both

The photo on the website was misleading, and when I rang the technical staff I got the impression they did not really know the answers to my two questions. But they assured me I could return the product if it was not OK. So I decided to go ahead and risk it. I tried to order over the website but it was very confusing and badly designed, so I tried to order by phone but no-one answered or responded to my message to call me back. Eventually after half an hour I got the website order to do through. The item arrived very promptly and I was reassured on the 2 points I had queried. My only quibble is that the light given off is really a bit too cold for a domestic situation.
