“Well, I ordered and payed for 3 pendant lights. I had to call & email about delivery. I eventually received 1 light & I am still waiting for the other 2. I was told a while ago that I should have them on 18 Jan. Once again I had to contact to ask where they were. I was told that they had been dispatched. & I would hear from the carriers. It is now The evening of 20 Jan & still not heard or received any lights. I think that I should at least be offered a discount on this order. I have had to constantly chase up this order, not impressed at all”

“Bought the Small Cameron flush ceiling light for bedroom - looks great in bedroom and exactly what needed for a stylish finish. Was extremely well packaged so the shade and light were well protected in shipping. Ordered on Thursday, chose express delivery and arrived on Friday evening - amazing. “I received the bulbs on Friday I couldnt believe my eyes I had only placed the order the afternoon before I don't know how they managed to get them here so quickly not that I am complaining I think the company is first class and very reasonable prices for there bulbs I would recommend them to friend and family”
