You had a good range of products and prices were about the same every else. I suggest you look at the cost of delivery and your choice of carrier. My order was left on the doorstep even though I answered the doorbell within 30 seconds of it ringing. More importantly the box was sodden in part and looked as though it had been left in a puddle. It wasn’t raining and there was no puddle on my front path.

As a customer who has placed multiple orders with us have you overlooked the returns section on our website in the rare event a product is faulty or if a customer wishes to return a product under our Change Your Mind policy. We needed some specialist bulbs of varying types for our Tiffany lamps! There is a large selection on the Lighting Direct site and were able to find the ones we needed at a good price. Ordered Tuesday evening, delivered Thursday morning. What's not to like! Oh, and very clear instructions should we wish to return the items - which we don't!! Many thanks for a great service.

Very pleased with this picture light, well made and delivered promptly but unfortunately had been left in the rain before delivery but luckily did not affect the light inside. Not impressed with Hermes.

My lamp was delivered damaged and I suspect it may have caused by the courier company. Like all problems of this nature, I thought I was about to enter a whole world of pain. Nothing could have been further from the truth. I e-mailed customer services at Lighting Direct with a photo and the response was immediate. New lamp dispatched and received within 48hrs. Not great Im afraid ordered a lamp on 1st November so far just had bulbs and plug delivered. Also no acknowledgement of purchase and no delivery information on my lamp. I understand times are difficult but this is poor!

I am sorry you are disappointed. We send out regular updates in the event of any delays with products arriving with us. Perhaps these have been overlooked and have gone to junk/spam folder? The Customer Service Team

Ordered lighting and paid for 1 to 2 days express delivery, not receiving until 3 days after sending the order. On the positive side they have agreed a refund for that element, but I did have to ask for this, it was not volunteered. Refund not yet in my account.

The light I purchased was a very good price. It seems to be of good quality. I haven’t put it up yet. I gave 4 stars and not 5, as the communication was not fantastic; my item was delayed which I was informed about but then I did not hear anything else. I emailed but no response and called but there is no function to leave a voicemail. A few days later I received an email saying that Hermes were expecting my parcel.
