“Disappointing considering the light fitting was fragile it was only packed in a cardboard box with no protection, and was damaged. Filled out the returns but will have to order again as cannot get an exchange.”

“We have a porch light but I don't want to leave it on all night. Also, there is a turn at the bottom of the footpath, where it's darkest and a flower bed adjacent which could catch an unsuspecting visitor unawares. I spent ages looking, in vain, for what I wanted, near-ground level devices to throw a puddle of light onto the footpath. Lighting Direct, alone seemingly, had the right thing. They're well made, too”

“the delivery of the goods has been very poor. i was not notified when delivery was to take place so was at work. next day did not hear delivery although in room at side if front door and they did not rung the bell. contacted delivery firm on 23/12/20 but phone cuts off sent e-mail and had no response. so as yet di not have my order. i have sent another email asking to deliver on 29/12/20. hope you cannsirt this as do nit want lights being returned to you. thanks”

So sorry Doreen. That should not have happened. An email and a text is usually sent to notify customers of the delivery timeslot. We are very surprised this did not happen in this case. The Customer Care Team
