Lights themselves are great. Paid for ?express delivery? on two orders both before the cut off times saying they?d be delivered the next day. Both took an extra day. Not a big issue as express does say 1-2 days in t&c?s but then just wonder why it says ?order before 6:30 for delivery tomorrow?. Anyways wasn?t too annoyed as things are strange at the moment generally. Also I placed first order and the day the lights arrived they put on a sale offering 20% off the same lights I ordered. I actually needed to order another anyway. I called them to ask if they could refund me the difference between what I paid and the sale price or even give me a coupon/credit to use towards the extra light I needed. They said this wasn?t possible. Not the best service from them to be honest. I said what if I just return the lights I have had delivered and just order 4 from the sale price. They said there was only one left in stock. I said if I return my 3 can I guarantee my stock will be allocated to me, they said no. Overall just didn?t feel as though anyone went out their way to help me out. Average service nothing special.
