I ordered the light on 28th May and it was despatched on that day according to the invoice I received. I paid extra for Express delivery 1-2 days and unfortunately the item was not delivered until 2nd June which is hardly "express "Not quite as swift

Not overly happy. Lights look great, service was good as well, but I bought two packs, (12 bulbs in total) and 3 of 12 are not working. 1 didn't work straight out of the box and 2 more not working after 2 days. Waiting to see how many not going to work tonight. Shame as they are lovely looking lights.

Selecting a, d order g was very easy. However deliver was somewhat confused with attempted delivery well before the time slot given and a successful delivery well after the redelivery slot.

Good service until package was delivered with 50% of contents broken - awaiting replacement.

Waited the right amount of time however stayed in all day that hermes were meant to deliver then to get email that product is too big so will take another 48hrs to arrive maybe look at getting a new courier service so havent received product yet so can't comment on actual light

One of the lights ordered was not as advertised. I ordered 4 lights which are supposed to shine bright white it that makes sense. 3 of them do and one shines in a very dull bronze type shade of white. Quality of the product good although there was glue attached to two of the lights. Paid for delivery which in effect was very slow

I still have not received the 2 tubes (Item 60841)which were due 14.5.20. Fitting 71030 was received soon after order & is OK

Should not be using Hermes who claim they have delivered.Only the 4 Batteries have arrived. We are locked down and are here all the time.They say they put the parcel through the letter box.Not possible! No indication when they were coming.What day or time,Just they had come. Their depot in York has an awful reputation.Please could you send another picture light etc. Many thanks.

Had a problem with the delivery ,left @ wrong place. Had a lot of problems getting it resolved. It was difficult to speak to someone and I left message and emails and had no response,had to follow it up several times to get it sorted. Finally my praise for a lady called Kathryn who was marvellous and sorted it all out.

Initial response to order enquiry good, but disappointed not to have been informed of impending sale before order placed. Delayed response to follow up query meant that second order delayed unnecessarily.

I was a little disappointed with lighting direct because I ordered 6 ceiling lights and 6 gu10 bulbs. On the website it said they were in stock so I.ordered them and it was only when the confirmation email came through that they told me the order would be "in two parts" so part of the order was not in stock. Luckily I didnt have to wait very long, but why weren't they honest in the first place?
