It was necessary for me to return my first order and trying to download my returns slip difficult. I entered into the chat line and I was doing everything they suggested , after they checked the system it then delivered.

Love the lights, make a real difference to the house. However on arrival one light was broken. This was resolved quickly and another was delivered next day.

Seem to believe that a single purchase means that the customer needs to be spammed with 'flash sale' emails on at least a daily basis. As a domestic customer it is extremely unlikely that any of these would be of interest. So rather than one satisfied customer the supplier's action only eroded the experience.

I was told my order would be delivered in 3 days it took 9 days and I changed to say I would pick it up at a local Sainsbury?s I received a text tosayitwould be there the next day I never heard any more and it was finally delivered to my home address luckily there were workmen on steroids except the delivery

The main problem was the waiting time on the phone when trying to contacts Customer Service. I left my phone number as requested but no one phoned back. On my second attempt two daus later, the phone was answered immediately by a lady called Kathryn, who was very helpful.

Shade and bulbs 2 deliveries 2 separate days, unnecessary packaging,.Poor delivery planning !!! My time wasted having to wait in twice !!!

I ordered them and the next day got an email saying they were either out of stock or discontinued and to call to make amendment on my order.... I never did but then a few days later got an email saying they were on their way! I assumed perhaps I wasn?t getting all 15 that I ordered but I did! And they are brilliant!

Delivery service with DPD was poor. Initially, when due to severe weather it was acceptable but then was not rescheduled until we called them direct. Ordered 25 Feb received item 7 Mar.

You said you would send an email when the parcel had been dispatched, and I would be able to track it on it's way here. That did not happen. Also the light fitting arrived in a massive Cardboard Box, with lots of cushion packing. What a waste, over the top, come on get a grip. Also this light fitting is dearer on your Lyco website, than it is on your Lighting Direct website. What is going on. I will say though, the package arrived fairly quickly. It was even delivered on a Saturday.

The lights seem fine and were good value for money but some of the items were delayed and the delivery system was confusing and illogical - why deliver two identical lights on different, consecutive days. Also why send out an invoice after I paid weeks earlier and not sent out a dispatch note - mostly trivial complaints I know but it left me less that satisfied.

You could have safely packed the led lights ...tiny lights were supplied in a huge box with very little padding. Thankfully they work ok...

Unfortunately my light was incorrectly delivered elsewhere. Probably more the fault of the carrier, FedEx rather than Lighting Direct, but still disappointing.

I wish the battery case was fixed in the base as the others I have it is fixed, but other wise very nice
