You said you would send an email when the parcel had been dispatched, and I would be able to track it on it's way here. That did not happen. Also the light fitting arrived in a massive
Cardboard Box, with lots of cushion packing. What a waste, over the top, come on get a grip.
Also this light fitting is dearer on your Lyco website, than it is on your Lighting Direct website.
What is going on. I will say though, the package arrived fairly quickly. It was even delivered
on a Saturday.
