They indicated that delivery of their product would be 1-2 days when in fact it took 3 - 4 days so need to make sure that the product has actually arrived before you book trades people.

Limited control with the remote. We have three devices and its hard to have individual operation. ! Sometimes the lights come on without being switched on. Interesting product but rather expensive

Quick delivery and a nice product but sadly the wiring in the light body was incorrectly labelled and it took an age to get somebody to clarify what was going on.

the lamps didnt match the picture in the ad . they were more discolored siver not antique brass.

The Last Order came in a box that was falling apart. The Play and Plug Cables and Lights do not relate to the Plug and Play Cable and lights bought a couple of years ago, I had to do some customising to make them fit.

Initial response to order enquiry good, but disappointed not to have been informed of impending sale before order placed. Delayed response to follow up query meant that second order delayed unnecessarily.

When the lights arrived the boxes were damaged and open and the delivery person asked me to inspect them before accepting them. Fortunately the lights were undamaged.

The problem that we had was regarding delivery time. The product was for a birthday which we had left rather late. The order was placed on Saturday and on the product page was a notice that stated words to the effect of 'Order before 4:30pm today for delivery on Monday 15th May'. We placed the order, and the confirmation email stated that 'Expected Delivery Date: Tuesday 16th May', which was disappointing based on the product page statement. The product did actually arrive on Tuesday which was encouraging.

My assessment is based on my failing to notice (was it highlighted?) that I could not obtain next working day delivery for the item I ordered. Timing was of the essence.

Product looks good (yet to be installed). Communication around delivery was poor. Over a month from order to delivery when we were told 4-5 working days, with no other communication.

The parcel arrived and the fitting needed to be assembled. THERE WERE NO INSTRUCTIONS. i phoned to ask if someone could help but did not get any.

This was a birthday gift for my daughter on 17th May. I was originally told that delivery would be 15th May, which was okay. I then received a communication to say that the item was now going to be delivered on 21st. She lives in Oxfordshire, so she didn't get it in time for her Birthday. So now I have to make another trip to get it to her. Really annoying and dissapointing.

I would have given 5* as my first 2 orders were actioned really quickly, the 1 st order almost £300 and the 2nd order just over £400. Items were out of stock but still came within 2 days, I was short of a splitter cable at £10 and used the standard delivery and paid by my reward points this has been over a week now and the order is still outstanding showing that the part is still on order with the supplier but when I look on their site saying available for next day delivery. Great service if you have a large order?

Lighting direct are efficient... shame their courier isn't! The led festoon lights look a bit naff, not very bright and cheaply made.... hopefully my expectations for the longevity of this product will be proven wriong.

Poor delivery on second half of order. Excellent customer service in trying to sort out where to deliver to but delivery hasn't as yet materialised.

I have used them before and they have always been very good. However, one of the solar lights I ordered this time did not work, they promised to send another one and as yet, 9 days later, have not. It's only £3 so not really worth making a big fuss about but hey.
