“I ordered the piano lamp on lighting direct as the lamp was very stylish looking and different to any others I had seen from other lighting places. I ordered the lamp in Jan, but didn't get it until 19th march. This was a long wait, with little communication from lighting direct, apart from when I emailed about the expected delivery dates. Initially they told me early Feb, moved to mid Feb, late Feb then march. I am pleased with the lamp though, so worth the wait. But customer service was a little disappointing.”

“Excellent ! What a find. Placed order lunchtime on Wednesday and received as advised within the 2 hour time slot at lunchtime on Thursday. Very well packed. Would certainly recommend and use again”

“Order arrived well packed and in excellent condition. The lights look elegant and but haven't been installed yet. One of the three up/down lights is darker but as it will be located separately, it won't matter in this instance.”

“Very happy with the lights although we had a problem with one of the lights we could not remove the screw to fit the light, we reported our problem to customer service , but after 5 days we still had no reply, so we contacted the sales team and they were excellent and sent replacement light which turned out fine. so all good.”

“The light fitting we ordered and subsequently received was blemished on the inside and required some delicate cleaning to remove the tarnished marks from inside the visible copper area. That all said, the fitting itself is way over priced and certainly not the quality to warrant £85. If this wasn't aesthetically what we are looking for, I would have seriously considered returning it. A lesson learnt.”
