“Good service, tubes arrived very quickly. Unfortunately wrong size ordered. Could you be a bit clearer on your website about the length of the tubes EXCLUDING PINS OR INCLUDING PINS. That's where my confusion arose. I am trying to return and re-order. A phone number would be helpful!”

Unfortunately as shown on our website at the time of the order some goods were not in stock hence the it was part dispatched as per the instructions we received.
