“The light arrived well packed and protected, went together perfectly. My only slight negative is that it arrived with an EU pattern plug. I changed it for a UK plug (2mins) but it would good if the option to specify was available.”

“Ordering quick and easy but still awaiting parcel was in for delivery but they said sorry missed said left card but again never had so next delivery is Monday now arrangeged to be fitted for yest so had to re-arrange aswell so not happy on that part ,see what happens on Monday now hope to receive them”

“Easy to order. Good communication & quick delivery with arrival updates. The light itself won’t sit straight but this is a design fault with this type of pendant as it’s the second one we’ve ordered from different companies & not the fault of Lighting Direct. The fitting is only on one side of the cord & the glass isn’t heavy enough to pull it straight. We’re living with it”

“There was a delay in the lights being delivered but I was kept informed of this which was fine 🙂. The website was very helpful in terms of tracking down the exact LED bulbs that I needed for a 3-touch dimmer light. Not many LEDs support this type of light fitment without buzzing or flickering.”
