“My experience of the service from Lighting Direct was excellent with a well protected product delivered next day. The product, a wall lamp, looks well made, easy to install and effective in use. However, in choosing this unit I took some considerable time to try to identify British Made products and found the Norfolk from Elstead Lighting. On receipt the box showed Manufacturers Address: Elstead Lighting Ltd. ....... Alton, Hampshire. .....UK. I was, therefore, disappointed to find a Made in China sticker inside the lamp base. On searching the Elstead site I did, indeed, find Origin PRC but only at the second level of additional information. A lesson for the future.”

You purchased a beautiful touch table lamp from a manufacturer excelling in quality. I would have to express surprise at your feedback at £29.50 being very expensive. The product could have been returned if not to your liking once it arrived. The Customer Care Team

“good price, lightening fast next day delivery, my only issue was that although there were very general wiring instructions there was nothing related to the operation inparticular the PIR distance & time on settings which according to the website & other reviews is supposed to be adjustable”

“Good quality spot light but it came with a very short cable had I have known how short it was I would have ordered a different one ,I'm having to pay extra now to extend this ridiculously short cable.”

“Ordered two lamps and 2 bulbs. The lamps have arrived and are beautiful but do not work. Have tried multiples bulbs in them and in different plug sockets but still nothing. Not impressed so far, am waiting for a reply from customer service.”
