“Ordered in December 2020. Took payment of lights with expected delivery within a few days. They have no phone number to call and so written an email to be told the goods will arrive early feb. Tried emailing 3 times now to which I received no response and their website is indicating April delivery. Beware this company appears to be scammers and shame on channel 4 to allow their logo to be referenced in their website. If I continue to not get a response I guess I have no other choice but to report them as fraud.”

Thank you for getting in touch. I think there has been a misunderstanding. As advised clearly on our website the lights you chose were not in stock at the time of your transaction. We have responded to each email advising the April delivery. Later than we would have hoped but unfortunately out of our hands due to prevailing circumstances. The Customer Service Team

“Disappointed that after ordering 2 lighting items, no acknowledgement or confirmation was sent, although money was taken from my account within 2 days. Invoice finally sent with despatch note. Also Hermes delivery let us down by claiming we were out when they called, we were in waiting! The outer box was very damaged and inner box slightly so.”

Thank you for your feedback. All customer get automatically emails an order confirmation once a transaction is completed. This is without exception so perhaps it went into a junk or spam folder. I am sorry our carriers disappointed you. The Customer Care Team
