“I ordered my lights in the afternoon and they were delivered the following morning. The lights themselves are really great abs got them for a excellent value for money price. I’m extremely happy with both service and product. I cannot recommend Lighting Direct highly enough, it’s rare to get such end to end quality service . Well done to all.”

“I cannot believe how quick these lights were delivered, I ordered them at 5.00pm and they were delivered the next morning. Fantastic. The lights themselves are lovely, good quality and look more expensive than they were as I thought they were very reasonably priced. I would certainly order from this company again.”

“Extremely good customer service. They let me know that what I ordered was on back-order and the expected, and revised expected, date of shipping, then when the fixture arrived broken we had only to email Lightging Direct, they immediately sent out a new one no questions asked.”

“Good service, tubes arrived very quickly. Unfortunately wrong size ordered. Could you be a bit clearer on your website about the length of the tubes EXCLUDING PINS OR INCLUDING PINS. That's where my confusion arose. I am trying to return and re-order. A phone number would be helpful!”
