I ordered the piano lamp on lighting direct as the lamp was very stylish looking and different to any others I had seen from other lighting places.
I ordered the lamp in Jan, but didn't get it until 19th march. This was a long wait, with little communication from lighting direct, apart from when I emailed about the expected delivery dates.
Initially they told me early Feb, moved to mid Feb, late Feb then march.
I am pleased with the lamp though, so worth the wait.
But customer service was a little disappointing.
