Only one of the four fixtures has arrived (its been 3+ weeks for a 1-3 business day delivery), and customer support hasn't followed up with an update or responded to queries.

I cannot comment on the product because I cannot fit it without help but the courier service is appalling. Three times I receive a notification that DPD would deliver and twice they failed. When the product arrived the packaging was very damaged

Delivery was 1st class, hour slot given by The courier. When l opened the box an unpainted light was looking at me, was supposed to be black but it was silver with black slithers running through it. Bought some black external metal paint and did the job myself.

A full week after paying extra for expedited delivery (1-2 days), we are still waiting to have our lights delivered. We have had 18 messages from the delivery company (Hermes), which we have no way of directly contacting, and we still have no lights. After contacting Lighting Direct, we have been told that our order "has been escalated." We are still waiting. This is completely unacceptable.

The light didnt turn up and despite a call to Lighting Direct to resolve this it has still not turned up.

This is the most expensive lamp I have purchased over the years,but by far the worst quality. The instruction sheet is as much use as a handbrake on a kettle, I have had better ones from China . The sticker for mains connections inside doesn't line up with any of the terminal block holes so you have to work out the correct wiring yourself .Mounting it onto a rough rendered wall distorts the back plastic & the front doesn't then fit , this needs a metal plate in the back . The front case provides a very poor seal anyway. When it was finally working the light stayed on far too long in the morning ,(not going off at all if slightly overcast) & coming on too early in the evening , this lamp has no adjustment for the photo sensor setting. The three previous lamps I had in the same position didn't have this problem. I ended up fitting another mains photo sensor unit inside the lamp in series with it too fix it . Why didn't I send it back ? , because the courier used is DPD , the only one that delivers all my parcels to the wrong address ,same house number but wrong road, so they would never be able to pick it up anyway .

We were sold a light with the wrong bulbs, then the right bulbs would not be in stock until Christmas. We would not have bought the light if we had known. Also to avoid confusion add a link to the correct bulb for each light, if you can add "customers who bought this also bought that" it should be an easy useful friendly fix to make.

Both fittings arrived broken. They have refunded the money. I received a total of 8 of these Mathis fittings and of these 6 were broken, so clearly a fault with packing either from the original manufacturer or Lighting Direct's dispatch department. I suggested that they might examine the fittings before shipping but that was obviously ignored. They have no more in stock and say that they probably won't have any more. So I am now left with 2 fittings on the wall and 2 gaps where the others should be.

Informed delivery would be late, offered a refund which I accepted via email no confirmation from them emailed again then got an email saying items are being delivered 6 weeks after ordering.

LEDs advertised in an email I received. I have finally received them more than four months later after numerous phone calls. This is not good enough. Products should not be advertised if there is no stock and none available for months.

I like the lighting product but unfortunately, the pack of bulbs that I bought, a couple of them didn't work so upset the whole look of the lighting. What can you do to make me happy and increase your star rating as this is my first experience with you and I had high expectations.
