Didn't respond to a complaint regarding the useless delivery service of DPD, hence the one star, won't buy from them again.

I ordered next day delivery before Xmas, the order took more than a month to turn up. During this time I had 3 separate delivery dates all of which I was informed by through email with no explanation as to why it was further delayed. I emailed customer services as per the email suggested and was told to wait up to 3 days for a response. After 4 days and no response I rang customer services to be told that the order was further delayed but it would definitely be delivered the following Wednesday and that I would be informed every day if there were any changes. I had no contact from customer services and the product arrived on Thursday not Wednesday. When the product arrived there was a dent in the track. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service received and have received no apology to date.

Bought 2 one deliverd broken .other one different colour glass any way. replacement not yet arrived but one is very good quality .

Terrible service and poor resolution. The item was purchased for a birthday present but only contained the bulb not the lamp! It was only when I enquired about when the lamp would be delivered that I was told it was out of stock. The item was listed as available on the website and in every confirmation email it was listed as being delivered on a specific date. Since complaining I was initially challenged and made out to be either stupid or a liar and once the error with the delivery information was proved I was told that things would be further reviewed but that was 5 days ago and I've not had any follow up since.

The lights that I bought took over a month to arrive and then the wire fittings did not go over the jar and I broke a jar trying to fit them. They were not fit for purpose. However after emailing I did get a full refund. Still disappointing though as the lights would of looked lovely in my garden

I'm really disappointed in the lights. They look barely on. If I wanted non exsistent lighting I would have gone for battery powered. I have battery fairy lights brighter that these. I would actually really like my money back and return the bulbs

Thank you for getting in touch Michaela. This product has not been sent back to us therefore I am not sure why you state at this point we have refused you a refund. We received an email with an enquiry regarding returning the item to which we responded. As with all retailers, returned items have to come back to us as-new and fit for resale. Of course products have to be opened to be inspected properly by the purchaser - that is without question. We just ask that the packaging is handled with care. This information is on our web site and also on the dispatch note within the delivery box. I am sorry you are disappointed with the light itself. It has proved very popular with customers as does not require any mains wiring and therefore very straightforward to install. Use a courier that actually delivers or at least recognises their own tracking numbers. Still haven?t had my 2 day delivery on day 8

Still not received item although says should of had it 4 days ago. On website it says in stock and ready for next day delivery but still not received email to say mine has been dispatched. Emailed to find out where my order is but says could take 2 days for a reply. Phone number provided is 0845 number so would cost as much as the item to call.

Placed a large order £300 + and 7 out of 10 fittings were damaged on arrival with the product boxes crushed also however the 2 outer cases were in perfect condition so I can only assume they were packed that way. Both parcels are awaiting collection Tuesday 11th Dec

I am sorry you are so disappointed with us.  The delivery of your consignment was delayed due to the heavy snowfall that fell all over the UK during the last few weeks.  Extreme adverse weather which had not been experienced for many many years in the UK. Your area was one of the worst affected and unfortunately delays were unavoidable.  Your frustration at the situation was clear when you got in touch with us however there was nothing either we or our carrier partners, DPD, could do until conditions improved. We did our best to try to explain this at the time.   We are very sorry your order arrived one day late however as with many businesses the weather greatly impacted on day to day operations.   Thank you for taking the time to comment and I hope you are very pleased with your wall lights. Sorry to give such a negative feed back,but, it?s more about the delivery service than lighting direct. When you leave off work early to receive a delivery which they arranged with a 1 hour slot, also made me late of a dinner appointment, finally realised they hadn?t even put my parcel on the van, it was still in the depot. (Tracked parcel). This alone using dpd would prevent me from using lighting direct again. This is not the first time, I nearly cancelled the original order when I saw dpd delivered by.

The site can't change shipment address. Whatever You do wasn't possible to use another address for shipping.
