I ordered some fence lights because this company had them in stock. I paid express delivery. My invoice came through on line saying that the items were due to be despatched. Two days later I went to track my items and found they were out of stock! I was angry I had deliberately ordered from Lighting Direct because they had stock. I contacted customer services and was told that I had ? pre-ordered? the items. When I said my invoice said differently I was offered a refund of the express delivery postage. I was transferred to an investigation team who failed to contact me until I pursued it with customer services again. I have had no real explanation. I really couldn?t trust this company again and certainly could not recommend.
