Not received my order-ordered almost a month ago. I emailed the company twice with no response. Not looking great so far.

Told about multiple delivery dates, not one met. Still no product. Told yesterday I'd have the courier contact me, no communication from anyone today. Called lighting direct three times today, no answer! Sick of these online retailers if I'm honest.

Paid for lights but carrier have refused to leave consignment but insist on trying to deliver whilst I am at work even though I have asked for them to leave in barn. Very frustrating.

I placed an order in May 2024, with the expected delivery stated to be early June. I was then informed one part of my order was delayed, when I enquired which part, I was informed all of my order was delayed until the 13th June. When that date came and went, I enquired it was delayed further until the the 3rd July. I expressed my disappointment with the woman I had been emailing with, since this order was got a birthday gift in June. All of a sudden, the items were delivered the next week. Not impressed, and I had to keep asking for updates rather than being contacted first. I understand deliveries get delayed but the lack of communication was infuriating.

Bloody useless... ordered 2 sets of string lights and they're just an extension set with no plugs.. wasn't clear at all on website or wouldn't have ordered them!!

The item I bought advised it would be with me within 1 day. A week passed and I hadn't heard anything so I emailed and they said a part wasn't available and wouldn't be with me for over a month. I replied and queried why it wasn't advised. It had also since been updated on the website to pre order but still had a much sooner dispatch date to what had since been advised via email. Customer service and communication absolutely shocking.

Still awaiting part of my order several weeks later. Have emailed numerous times and says it’s in its way!! Nothing!

The spotlight plate was delivered but not the light bulbs on the same order. The driver said there was only one parcel. I e-mailed Lighting direct immediately after the driver left but to date I have had no response. Not very satisfactory

Thanks for taking the time to comment. I can see this was in a split delivery, not sure why, and it shows both were delivered, one on 14th and the other on 18th. Apologies for this, as you can appreciate the couriers are very busy at this time of year. Kind Regards Customer Services

Website stated item was in stock and available with 1 day delivery. Ordered item Monday evening, expecting this Wed or Thurs (worst case). Nothing arrived, called customer services to check and was advised lights were out of stock but delivery was coming in that day so should receive Saturday as couriers working weekends now. Rang again on Monday after no delivery to be told stock wouldn’t be arriving until Wed so would lucky to receive Thursday/Friday. Absolute joke! Not only do you continually break your promises but I was not even offered an apology by your Customer service representative, who honestly could give a toss. If had known I would ordered elsewhere as they were required urgently to be fitted as part of building work which was taking place. Needless to say I’m now having to fit these myself. Very very disappointing all round

Cheap and plastic looking outdoor light that doesn't look strong enough to put up let alone hold the glass sent with it, was cheap so to be expected. Tried to return and the cost is almost the same to post back, shocking price really so won't bother.

As soon as I made my order I realised that I had not put my work address as delivery address so emailed the hem straight after to change delivery address, no confirmation and still sent to my home address not my work address as asked, then when APC delivery was due I chose a safe place to Leave my parcel and they couldn’t even follow simple instructions!! No having trouble getting it re delivered

I have been asked to provide a review less than 24 hours after the item was delivered. Guess what, I've not had a chance to fit it yet nor are there any bulbs to test it when it is fitted. I wish companies would stop sending automated messages that clearly indicate no desire to engage personally with their customers

Very poor service from the customer service department. I raised a number of questions on my order by email but never even replied. To three of my emails. I also had a further request but they did not accolade my order. Very poor and phoning is also a problem as it’s just rings and rings with no answer.

I ordered 3 lights one was delivered broken and I have been waiting ever since to have the replacement delivered , no one picks up the phone at customer service or sales to give me an answer .

Reasonable price and reasonably prompt delivery but with no instructions on use and customer services offering no help at all. As a result the lighting adaptors cannot be used.
