The goods arrived late and damaged. All attempts to contact the company by email or telephone have been unsuccessful. The letter accompanying the goods explained that goods cannot be returned without a number but it is impossible to get any response at all, let alone a number. I will be making a claim through the courts as soon as possible.

This item should receive no stars. I gave it 1 because it arrived !! It was put together , installed and switched on. It then blew up in our faces.

Only the bulb arrived initially and it was not working. After a few days I rang about the candles and they were not in stock. The courier apparently tried to deliver the holder but I was not in. He has left it somewhere with a neighbour but I don't know where.

I haven?t yet received my order although I was told it would be with me on 6th November. I?ve spoken to *personal information removed by Feefo* on Friday 10th November who said she?d look into it and phone me back. Nothing to date!!

Having a service related attitude and also reading emails and dealing with them promptly. Making an effort to resolve issues for customers politely and helpfully. Rather a regular happy customer than a one off

I am sorry to read you are disappointed with us however I am not sure how we could have done things differently. Your order was placed at 17:00 on 26th January and duly processed by our warehouse team. Unfortunately I understand some hours later you wished to make changes however by that time it was too late. Orders are processed extremely promptly to allow to delivery commitments to be met, if not exceeded, such is our commitment to excellent customer service. I note an email was received into our in-box just after midnight 26th/27th January with your instructions. Our offices are closed at that time as per the details on the auto response you would have received. Hence it was not possible for us to "deal with it promptly" and in any case your order had already been picked, packed and was on the way to the Hermes hub. We would have been happy to resolve your issue had it been possible as was explained when we responded. Thank you for getting in touch. Kind Regards Patricia

Really, really poor service from them. Ordered a few things, and one item was not in stock. However I was not told this until there had been 2 supposed delivery dates for the item! No real apology from them for messing me about either.

better delivery service (hermes): 1) no visibility when they were going to deliver 2) fragile wall lights were inside an oversized box: 50% were broken

Ordered garden lights and was processed with 5-day delivery, once the order was placed delay email after dealy email came through with new days, waited over 6 weeks for the lights to come. In that time I could have sourced lights form elsewhere, poor show leaving customers hanging on not knowing whats happening, delayed the work being carried out from the other trades working on my project.

They accepted an order for delivery and on day for delivery I had to phone them to find out that goods had not been despatched. Rude person in accounts said that they would have called me later in day... I was expecting goods that day. He then hung up on me, I spoke to his colleague who is a pleasant lady and paid by internet for a later delivery. They claim goods will leave their warehouse promptly... not so

Lights not arrived as one order still waiting on a light for customer, one light was damaged and I was told out of stock for repair/replacement despite showing as in stock via their own site? !!! Requested countless callbacks, not helpfull at all i still have no resolution....

Ordered 5 outside lights on 25th May. Now 15th July and still not turned up!

I am sorry you are disappointed. These solar lights were not in stock when you ordered as advised on the product page of our website. Difficulties surrounding Covid-19 meant they were later coming into stock than expected. I note they have now been dispatched and should be with you shortly. Thank you for getting in touch. Shocking service, light took over a week to arrive, I was told on 3 occasions it would arrive next day resulting in me having to pay an electrician over £70 + VAT for call out charges!

I think the service is non existent, I have now waited over a week for 1 single light ? Hermes whom you use are absolute rubbish, making promises of deliveries and not attending, my Wife has wasted a lot of hrs waiting in for nothing, we will not use you again

My father bought me a ceiling light from this company The product I received was not what he ordered . The box had the picture of what I ordered but inside the box was completely different product . Then I noticed there is no customerservice phone number to try to contact so I emailed and hoped for answer I received a reply to provide pictures i did and then nothing happened 2 days after I emailed again ( see you have to follow up yourself they didn't even do that) after couple of days they said they are following up with the warehouse. And someone will come and collect the wrong product. . 10 days later DHL went to my dads to pick up the product as they wrongly had the billing address instead of where it did ship . Luckily we were living a street apart and my dad gave the right address to dhl guy but what if I was living in another town ?? . And today I finally got the right product . . My experience customer service and warehouse check is pretty awful . The 1 star I'm giving is because the product looks OK not sure if it works yet

Thank you for getting in touch. I am sorry you are not happy with the speed of our customer service. We have a clear process if customers have any kind of query which is set out on our website. To be fair to all customers queries are dealt with chronologically. The matter you raised was in fact not an issue in our warehouse, but a supplier error. They had a packing mishap and the wrong light was enclosed in the product box. Hence this took a little longer than we would like to resolve as they had to re-open and check all their stock of that particular light. Unfortunately, despite best efforts errors occur and as soon as we were made aware we set about making things right for you. I ordered two fixtures to fit for my client and had booked a date for the items to arrive. The delivery was not made on two agreed occasions and there was no way of actually speaking to a person. I had to reschedule with my client twice. Secondly, one of the fittings delivered is faulty. I have had to purchase new fittings (from elsewhere) and go back to fit them. Another extra day wasted. This should have been such a straightforward process but it became tedious. I am sending the fittins back.
